HealthONE's LoDo Clinic is located at 1515 Wazee Street just steps from the Sixteenth Street Mall and 1 1/2 blocks away from sponsored covered parking. 
Occupational Medicine clinic hours are 7:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
After hours care is available at Preysbyterian / St. Luke's Medical Center on 19th Avenue.

- On-site care coordination / case management.
- Physical examinations for DOT, pre-hire, and annual.
